We process your information on the basis of contract (where you have engaged our services), legitimate interest (responding to enquiries and improving services), and legal obligation (retaining installation records for compliance purposes). Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

We retain customer records for seven years following the completion of a project to meet our legal and tax obligations. Enquiry records not progressing to installation are held for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to any legal retention requirements that apply.

We share your information with the OZEV-approved engineers assigned to your installation and, where applicable, with the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) as part of the grant application process. We do not sell your data. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as email delivery and analytics platforms) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
